Payment – If your tenant does not pay as agreed, we do not charge our management fee. There is no monthly “vacancy” fee at Progressive.
Service – If we do not forward your monthly proceeds by wire or mail once within 5 days of receipt of good funds from your tenant, we will waive that month’s management fee.
Fee – If you can find a lower management fee in writing by another company, we will match that fee.
Response – If we do not respond within 24 hours of an inquiry whether by phone or in an email, we will waive that month’s management fee.
Satisfaction – If you are not happy with our service, you can cancel our contract at any tie with a 60-day notice.
Better Tenant – If a tenant we place in your property fails to abide by the contract in the first year and must be removed, we will waive our fee to secure a new tenant.
Happiness – If you give us your property to manage, and after 6 months (but before 1-year) you want to take your property back because you are not happy with our service, we will refund one-half of your management fees to that date.
Rental – If we do not secure a tenant within 21 days (with agreed upon rent) we will waive your first month’s management fee.
