On our website, you will find our fee calculator so you can quickly determine what we will charge you for your property. Depending on the type of property and the expected rent to be collected, this fee will vary, but other than our tenant acquisition fee, there are no other “hidden” charges.
You will also find our “Comparison Chart” so that you can quickly and accurately compare our fees and policies to at least seven other property management companies in your area.

Soon we will be able to manage every type of property from Santa Barbara to San Diego; right now we manage properties in the counties of Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and San Diego.
By covering such a large area with branches always within 30 minutes of your property, and centralizing the rent collection and payment disbursement center, we can offer a lower fee structure to our clients. We “Dare to Compare” our rate with any property management company.
