Property management is a service business.  We don’t create a tangible product, we provide the service of managing residential (mostly) properties.  To most, that consists of collecting rents, paying bills, making disbursements to the owners and enforcing the lease contract.  At Progressive, we try to provide more than just offering property management services to our owners, we strive to create a better experience for them.  What does that look like to our clients?  We try to engage our owners by offering additional services customized for them.  Here are just a few of the additional offerings for our clients:
