A Flat 4%
We charge a flat 4% of the monthly collected rent as our fee. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs. We are paid only when we receive the monthly lease.
Bi-monthly Visits to Your Property
A dedicated Property Supervisor will be assigned to your property and that person will be tasked to visit your complex a minimum of twice a month. This will be the contact person for the On-Site Manger and your tenants.
Property Expenses Minimized
We have a full array of vendors available at a discounted rate. Townhomes often require particular attention on the interior. We have licensed handymen, electricians, air conditioning experts and cleaners to minimize the expense to maintain your investment.
Rental Income Maximized
We use every marketing channel possible to drive qualified tenant to any vacancies. Every time we put a unit on the open market, we will analyze the market place and seek the highest income possible. Rent.com, Craigslist, MLS (where applicable), and Pennysaver are some of the online tools we use.
